• No Refunds.  The Folky Fish Festival will be held rain or shine.

• No Replacement of lost, stolen or defaced wrist bands.

• If a wrist band  is defaced, torn, duplicated, or altered, it will be void and Confiscated.

• No refund on merchandise.  Inspect the item before you buy it.
